Over 860 villages lighten up by national grid system in this FY

A total of 863 villages could access electricity in 2022 – 23 FY through the #national_grid system.
Union Minister as well as the chairman of the Rural Development Supervision Committee Hla Moe addressed it during the meeting held on January 17.
The committee is promoting rural development and poverty reduction in accordance with the processes included in the Myanmar Sustainable Development Plan (MSDP) and the Rural Development Strategic Framework (RDSF).
During 2022-23 FY, a total of rural roads (3192/69) miles, 3170 bridges in rural areas, and 798 projects to access water have been carried out, as per the information.
In addition, it is reported that 863 villages got electricity through the national power grid system, and 1027 solar systems.
